Setting goals is an essential part of success, especially SMART goals. SMART goals – specific, measurable, achievable, realistic, and timely – give structure to aspirations. They provide a sense of direction, helps organize resources and time, and push you further toward reaching objectives. However, setting SMART goals is not enough.
